Terms of Sale (Regulamin)
These Terms of Sale (the Regulamin) set out the rules for concluding and performing distance sales contracts through the online store at pepvanta.com, operated by GLOBAL SUPPLY GROUP SP Z O O. They are drawn up in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and the Polish Civil Code.
§1 Seller
The Seller is GLOBAL SUPPLY GROUP SP Z O O, a limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) with its registered office in Poland at [registered address], entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under no. [KRS], NIP [NIP], REGON [REGON]. Contact: info@pepvanta.com. The Seller operates the online store under the Pepvanta brand.
§2 Products and intended use
The Seller sells peptides intended exclusively for scientific research and laboratory use. The products are not medicinal products, food, supplements or cosmetics and are not intended for human or animal consumption or for any medical use. The buyer is solely responsible for the lawful purchase, storage, handling and use of the products in accordance with applicable law.
§3 Prices and VAT
All prices are gross prices stated in the currency shown at checkout (SEK, EUR or PLN depending on the selected language) and include VAT at the rate of the consumer's country of destination under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, for which the Seller is registered. The price binding on the parties is the price shown at the moment the order is placed.
§4 Orders and conclusion of the contract
The customer places an order by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form. A sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email. The Seller may refuse to accept an order, in particular in the event of an obvious pricing error, unavailability of the product, or a justified suspicion of fraud or unlawful use of the products.
§5 Payment
Payment is made to the Seller's account (GLOBAL SUPPLY GROUP SP Z O O) via Revolut or bank transfer. The customer states the order reference in the payment. The Seller does not collect or store the customer's card or bank details. Orders are dispatched only after the Seller has manually confirmed receipt of payment, which may take up to 24 hours.
§6 Delivery
Products are shipped within the EU/EEA via temperature-controlled cold chain. The estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days depending on the destination. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or a person designated by them, other than the carrier.
§7 Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out on the separate Right of Withdrawal page. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was opened after delivery (art. 38(5) of the Act on Consumer Rights).
§8 Complaints and conformity of goods
The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of the goods with the contract under Chapter 5a of the Act on Consumer Rights, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771. A complaint may be submitted by email to info@pepvanta.com, stating the order number and a description of the non-conformity. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
§9 Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej), and the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Further information is available from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl.
§10 Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR/RODO).
§11 Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law; this does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. The Terms are made available free of charge before the contract is concluded and may be saved and reproduced. They apply from [effective date].
